At this time, Enumclaw Candle Company is an online-only business and does not have a retail storefront. While we don't currently offer a location where customers can smell our candles in person, every order includes complimentary scent sample cards so you can explore additional fragrances before your next purchase. We also encourage customers to review our fragrance descriptions and customer reviews when selecting scents.

We currently do not offer local pickup. However, we proudly offer next-day local delivery within Enumclaw for qualifying orders placed Monday thru Friday before 8:00 PM. Delivery availability and eligibility may vary and are subject to change.

We use different wax blends depending on the collection and performance goals of each product. Our Signature Collection candles are crafted using a premium soy blend wax selected for excellent fragrance throw, clean burning characteristics, and overall performance. Specific wax information can be found on individual product pages when applicable.

We select fragrance oils based on safety, performance, and scent quality. Some collections may feature fragrances derived primarily from natural sources, while others utilize premium fragrance oils that combine both natural and synthetic ingredients. Our goal is to create safe, high-quality products that perform beautifully while delivering an exceptional fragrance experience.

Not all candle styles are designed to perform the same way. Our wax melts and 2-wick candles are specifically designed to maximize fragrance output and are often our strongest performers when it comes to scent throw. Our 13oz Signature Collection candles are designed to balance fragrance, ambiance, and aesthetics. While they still provide excellent fragrance performance, they may offer a more refined scent experience compared to a larger 2-wick candle or wax melt. Fragrance performance can also be influenced by room size, ceiling height, air circulation, burn time, and individual scent perception.

Our scent sample cards are complimentary fragrance samples included with many orders. Each card contains a small amount of fragrance oil and is individually packaged to help preserve the scent. They're included so customers can experience other fragrances currently available—or upcoming releases—before placing their next order. Please note: Scent sample cards contain concentrated fragrance oil and are intended to provide a general representation of a fragrance. The scent experience may differ when the fragrance is blended into candle wax and exposed to heat during burning. Factors such as wax composition, wick type, room size, airflow, and individual scent perception can all influence how a fragrance performs in a finished candle.

Yes. Every candle is hand-poured, wicked, labeled, and packaged in small batches from our studio in Enumclaw, Washington. We take pride in carefully crafting each product to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
